About Elsewhere Tours & Travel

At Elsewhere Tours & Travel, we believe travel should feel personal, flexible, meaningful, and exciting… not rushed, overcrowded, or overly scripted.

Founded by Cathy Underhill and Pamela Cassube, Elsewhere Tours & Travel was created from a shared love of international travel and years of independently planning unforgettable experiences throughout Europe and beyond. After friends, family, and fellow travelers repeatedly asked to join us on our adventures, what began as casual trip planning naturally evolved into a small-group travel company focused on authentic experiences and personalized travel support.

We are not interested in massive tour buses, exhausting schedules, or checking countries off a list just to say you’ve been there. We believe the best travel experiences happen when you have time to wander side streets, sit at local cafés, enjoy long dinners, discover hidden places, and experience a destination beyond the typical tourist rush.

Meet the Owners

Pamela Cassube

Pamela is a veteran educator in Florida with nearly three decades of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for travel, history, food, and cultural exploration. Through years of organizing educational and international travel experiences, she developed a love for helping others experience destinations in a way that feels approachable, exciting, and memorable.

Cathy Underhill

Cathy is a Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience along with being in the healthcare profession for 37 years. She brings a calm, practical approach to travel planning along with a passion for adventure, food, culture, and meaningful experiences. Her attention to detail and ability to keep things organized and relaxed help create trips that feel both comfortable and enjoyable for travelers.

Together, Cathy and Pamela combine detailed planning with a relaxed travel philosophy that encourages travelers to explore the world confidently while still feeling supported.
